JABBA SUSHI was founded in the beginning of 2010 by Owner Chef Jochen Morczinczyk. During his over 15 years work experience, Chef Jochen made an outstanding career with high qualifications in Gourmet Cuisine throughout International Luxury Hotels and Resorts, like the Sheraton International in Germany, The Ritz Carlton Resorts of Naples and others where he has earned several culinary nominations. As a Manager at The Ritz Carlton Resorts of Naples, he invested over 6 years into the profession of Sushi, designed the sushi program, was part of implementing the Sushi Bar at the Beach Hotel, and also responsible for the production of Sushi for both Resorts in Naples. In October 2011 the Company opened up their “JABBA SUSHI BAR” conveniently located inside THE EE-TE-LEET-KE GRILL at the Seminole Casino Immokalee, Florida. Chef Jochen and his Team are currently working on launching their fist “JABBA FINE FOODS’ online store, which will be announced soon. JABBA SUSHI continues to improve and expand their product line and service, to ensure a great and satisfying Customer Experience at all times.
